Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

• The item must be in its original packaging

Non-Returnable or Partial Refund Situations

Partial refunds or denied returns may apply in the following cases:

• Items showing clear signs of use

• Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition due to reasons not caused by our error

• Items returned after the 30-day window

Returns (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your item.
You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again

2. Contact your credit card company — posting times can vary

3. Contact your bank, as processing time may be required
